Is mold exposure dangerous?
According to the Centers for Disease Control, the dangers of mold exposure are dependent on the individual. Some people are more sensitive to mold. Symptoms can range from none at all to extreme reactions and even mortality. Recent studies have found evidence that couple exposure to mold to asthma and other respiratory symptoms. In the worst situations, ones involving infants, elderly and those particularly susceptible to respiratory ailments, symptoms can be debilitating and even life-threatening. But, why risk it?
